on June 7th, 2012 at 11:33 pm
In this video I use Smartbench 2011, NenaMark2, and Quadrant to benchmark the Motorola Atrix 4G with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread running on it. Music courtesy of incompetech.com.
The Dark Meadow working on non Tegra 3 devices!!! This game is avaliable on Google Play for free only on Tegra 3. However, it works good on Tegra 2 and other devices. Follow the steps: 1. Download this apk: get4file.com 2. Download sd files: get4file.com – Here are links to sd files. Copy and download them 3. Install apk on your device 4. Unzip SD data and move the two folders to their correct places below \Android 5. Delete 3 files in this directory /data/com.phosphorgames.DarkMeadow/files/TheDarkMeadow/ * PactSave.bin * PactSave1.bin * PactMetadata.bin 6. After first launch you may have some problems with black or white flashing screen. Just relaunch game or restart the device

I finally beat the Samsung Galazy Tab with a score of 2353 on Quadrant and the Tab with around 2275 and the Galaxy Nexus only 2100. wow im surprise.
lol u sound like michael from detroitborg (youtube channel)
can you update the official gingerbread with that custom kernel…? and how do you flash the kernel…? please help out… tnx..
i got 2607 on quadrant running froyo
quick question my phone doesnt have a big time screen/ widget it only says time in the top corner. also my settings screen is white, i want it blakc, last the bottom row on your phone is the call and contacts list but mine is four apps. How do i change that, btw i have 2.3.4
My Mytouch 3g slide gets like p-180 and g-310
and my Atrix gets like 2800 on quadrant
My highest Quadrant score on Atrix 2.3.4 is “3666″, using the xda custom kernel with overclocked CPU running @ 1.1 MHz.
The Quadrant score range is 32XX to 36XX.
I hate motorola and their stupid updates. the only thing good is the looks, but in terms of performance, the 2.3 update got the atrix slower. I can’t play fruit ninja without lags and frame loss
thats a great score! its as high as the galaxy s2 & higher than the galaxy s2 in antutu’s GPU score & thats with a qHD screen, im thinking about the photon 4G.
No but quadrant standard is the most widely used one. I’ll try the other benchmarks though.
Have you tried any other benchmarks?
strangely quadrant scores seem to be worse with 2.3.4 on my atrix. With 2.2, i averaged about 2700. With 2.3.4, i average about 2400. Any idea why???
On occasion there is a lag, but most of the time it’s spot on.
@TechHarvest does your Sense Clock Widget lag in the time? Or it doesn’t sync with the actually time?
Tell me how much was the average score on android 2.2 froyo. Also does te update make it more faster at all and I’m jus asking because I can’t Wait to update my htc inspire 4g to it’s 2.3 gingerbread!
Thanks a lot, I was trying to see what the Dx2 would get when released on Gingerblur, and I am assuming close to this. My D3 has P:3500 and G:2500
I think it’s called Sense Clock Widget from the Android Market.
i get like 3000 on gingerblur
What widget is that at the top of your home screen?
hehe.. love the funny soft beat bongo drum music at the beginning.
When there is root and hdmi hack avalible i will upgrade
You sound just like OperatorPerry
If you check out TechHarvest #114 & #118 you can see how the Atrix performed while running Android 2.2.
Could u compare these scores to the android 2.2
Sheea
As I remember, it’s not requied
Is root required to move those files?
Thanks, it works great
