A video review of the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet. This is a 10.1″ Android OS 3.1 Honeycomb tablet with an IPS display and dual digitizer for both touch and use with an active digitizer pen that sells for . The specs are standard 10″ Honeycomb: 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 dual core CPU, a gig of RAM, plenty of internal storage and dual cameras. The tablet has a full size USB host port, HDMI and an SD card slot. It starts at 9 for the 16 WiFi model.

Great review By the way
nice review!
not yet, but the win 8 version will be launched later this year.
Can this run Windows 7 or 8?
lisa… you have so many devices gimme one please
To be honest, I would be a lot more interested in the tablet if it didn’t have the same shitty fingerprint magnet black plastic front as every other tablet on the market. It’s a very anti-thinkpad characteristic, being something that looks great in a showroom but is a bane upon the existence of anyone having to use it.
is documents to go compatible with powerpoint?
Excellent rewiev, thanks. So which would you prefer? Lenovo or Asus?
Can you stil use a mouse on these devices? (need it for autoCAD).
Tnx again!
Great review! I’d like to ask if I can update Android version to 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on this tablet? Thanks!
How susceptible is it for the screen to get minor hairline scratches or any scratches at that? because that would bug me to hell..I just want to know if i would have to buy an additional screen protector or if the screen will hold up amid constant finger swipes, pen swipes, and day to day use (opening and closing of the folio, the occasional bump on a wall, etc)
how is this tab for using photo editing of any sort?
does lenovo thinkpad tab support USB 3g modem..?
is it shockproof harddrive?
she sounds like prime 92
You bet! Please share our reviews with others.
thank u excellent review
Umm what does this have to do with what I asked? I am talking about the thinkpad not the s2.
Adobe Illustrator doesn’t run Android, but you can get other drawing software for the tablet.
Lenovo announced the IdeaTab S2. For more info go to mobiletechreview web site and add this to the main url: ubbthreads/showflat dot php?Number=41958
Is there a new one coming or are they just restocking? On lenovo website it says ships out 2/14/12
Question, Is there any drawing software for this tablet? Like Adobe Illustrator? And can we use the pen to draw on the drawing software?
If so, I would get this tablet instead of the wacom bamboo tablet.
There is a 3G version, they obviously use the same case.
why the add a sim slot if it doesnt work ? lenovo is a shit company that want to gain a name by selling un-studied stuff that doesnt work !! i wouldnt even buy this for my little son
